1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all access and use of the 877bt platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile-browser interface, sports betting services, casino games, live dealer services, crash games, and any other products made available by 877bt (collectively, the "Services"). If 877bt discovers at any point that a player was under 18 years of age at the time they opened an account or placed wagers, all winnings generated by that account will be voided and forfeited, any deposits made will be returned to the source payment method where possible, and the account will be permanently closed. 877bt accepts no liability for losses incurred by a minor who misrepresented their age.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 877bt Services, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under your own name or using alternative personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended and any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 877bt, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal details without their consent.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security measures, including two-factor authentication, IP restrictions, or device fingerprinting systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino tables, or any other game format to gain an advantage in a manner not sanctioned by the game rules.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting platform errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions knowingly and in bad faith to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a platform error are void.

Accounts flagged by these systems may be subjected to enhanced verification, temporary holds on withdrawals, or account suspension pending investigation. 7 Account Suspension & Closure

877bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. The investigation period will typically not exceed 30 days. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.
